SHIPPING - DELIVERY TIMES

Generally

·                Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt and take 2-10 days to ship, depending on the destination.

·                Once the order is shipped you will be notified of the tracking number of your order via email.

·                We will contact you via email if there are any problems with the order.

·                All orders are processed on working days. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays (including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, 26/12, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day).

Inside Greece

·                Shipping is via ACS.

·                All orders within Greece are sent free of charge within 3 working days.

·                Outside Greece - Inside the European Union

·                Orders over 180,00€  are sent without extra charge (free) within 2-8 days, depending on the destination (you will be notified via email)

·                Orders under 180,00€  are sent with a shipping cost of 25.00€  and a delivery time of 4-8 days.

·                For any special shipment, a separate communication with the customer precedes to be informed about the shipping options of the cooperating courier companies abroad and their costs.

·                The listed prices include VAT.

Outside the European Union

Ø     UK

·                Orders over 220.00€ are sent without extra charge (free) within 4-8 days (you will be informed via email).

·                Orders under 220.00€ are shipped with a shipping cost of 25.00€ and a delivery time of 4-8 days.

Ø     USA

·                Shipments are made exclusively via DHL, within 5-10 days.

·                Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance costs and taxes. These costs are in addition to shipping costs, are covered by the customer and vary from country to country. For this reason, customers are advised to contact their country's customs office to guide them accordingly so that they are not surprised by charges for which they are not prepared.

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt. The product of your purchase must be returned in its original packaging, in excellent condition, unused. You are responsible for return and shipping costs. We only accept parcels by courier or National Post. We strongly recommend that you contact us before sending the parcel to confirm the process.

For returns we will charge your credit card or your pay pal account as soon as we receive and check the returned items.
